Cleveland was the chairman of - - yes, you guessed it - - the Official Weather Modification Advisory Board of the Federal Government. . . . . HAARP is the acronym for High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project. It uses HIPAS, an acronym for High Power Auroral Stimulation from a 33 acre array of antennas transmitting Extremely Low Frequencies, (ELF) and Very Low Frequencies, (VLF) resonance frequencies at extremely high wattage that results in heating the ionosphere. The main transmitting sight is near Gakona, Alaska, and is the largest of the seven known ionospheric heaters in the world. The stated purpose by the Defense Department is, . . . ."this research project is to study the Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights."
. . . . So why worry? . . . . I was introduced to HAARP with titles like Angels Don't Play This HAARP, Vandalism In The Sky, The Zapping Of America and articles using terms like Skybuster, Mad Science In The Sky, Starwars and 40 Years of Zapping The Sky.
. . . . These terms and phrases piqued my curiosity. Original articles were published in Popular Science here and in Australia by Nexus Magazine. The potential destructive power of thirty three acres of radio antennas and 500 megawatts of broadcast beams is astounding. It became such a concern of international church leaders and scientists that they had a eight day conference in September of 1997.
. . . . Americans haven't been told about it, yet we, the taxpayers, are paying for it. Shouldn't everyone know about it?
. . . . This technology is an advanced upgrade of Nikola Tesla's 1905 patent "Transmittal Electrical Energy Through Natural Mediums." In 1940, he announced his "death ray" invention. Now, the modern version has grown to more than 30 acres of Alaska and the transmitters capable of transmitting 500 million watts of radio frequencies into the ionosphere. Their electricity is generated by six 3600 HP diesel driven generators using 95 tons of fuel from the ARCO North Slope oil fields.

- - Interfere with wildlife migration patterns.
Manipulate Global Weather: . . . . the El Nino is a good place to begin. It will be hard to prove in court, but the HAARP can intensify the natural weather conditions by manipulating the high and low pressure areas and steer hot and cold jet streams. This manipulation can cause floods, severe thunder storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, droughts, ice storms, snow, blizzards and radical temperature changes. El Ninyo may not be caused by the HAARP . . . . BUT, it can intensify ALL natural atmospheric and oceanic conditions and steer the destructive elements where the controllers want.
. . . . By adding to the warming of large ocean area's heated by volcanos on the bottom, the sun on the surface causes increased saturation of the atmosphere.
. . . . When chilled by arctic jet stream air to condense into clouds and thunder heads, destructive weather occurs. Low pressure areas are formed by heating the ionosphere and raising it over a specific area to generate the tornadoes and hurricanes. These destructive conditions can be formed in any selected (targeted) area.
. . . . Remember Tesla's 1905 invention . . . . "Transmit Electrical Energy Through the Natural Mediums!" Now, we are talking about 500 million watts of power. The average kitchen microwave of 500 to 1000 watts will boil a cup of water in less than a minute. What do you think 500 million, 1.7 billion, 10 billion or 100 billion watts will do to a body of water or the ionosphere the size of the state of Alaska, or for that matter, the size of the United States?

Hurt The Ecosystem: . . . . Droughts, floods, earthquakes, and weather are all parts of the Ecosystem, that affect the growth of vegetation, flowers, fruits, vegetables affecting survival of birds, bees, fish, animals and people. It's referred to as a symbiotic coexistence of interrelationships within an environment. Humans now have an apparatus that gives them the ability to control (construct or destruct, either, or both) elements of our balanced symbiotic existence.
. . . . Among the other capabilities is tomography. The ability to "x-ray" the earth for minerals, oil and gas, underground storage, command posts, submarines, sunken ships and probably your house and business. It can generate explosions more powerful than the most powerful nuclear device currently produced without nuclear contamination or fallout.

So, not only is our ecosystem and environment at risk, so is our stratosphere, ionosphere, and magnetosphere. anything up to 2,000 miles in space is in jeopardy of disruption and annihilation by radio waves. The radio waves have the ability to explode a missile in flight, or an orbiting satellite. Certain frequencies will affect the physiology, neurology and orientation of all living creatures.
Knock Out Electronic Systems: . . . . . While maintaining a system of communication for their own forces, it can confuse computer guided missiles and destroy them, as well as satellites and manned aircraft while simultaneously using the system for "our/their" own communication needs. Think about jamming all global communications for a moment. No ball games on TV; no cellular phone service; no music on the radio, no CB or HAM radio. What if you are riding on a commercial airliner? . . . . or flying your own plane, or how about your ocean-going fishing boat? No local law enforcement communication, no emergency communication. NOTHING!

In the July, 1993, issue of CRIMINAL POLITICS Magaine, an article published entitled: "Flooding May Not Be Natural" describing the possible effects of High-Frequency radio controlled weather modification that also effects radios and electrical systems on commercial airliners. At least two flights made emergency landings while two weather patterns remained stationary for four months, causing billions in damage (in 1993). That could be a sample. . . . . HAARP is presently considered the initial "Star Wars" "non-lethal weapon". It can cause insanity and it can also increase your ability and capacity to learn. It is part of our "Star Wars" system and is classified above "TOP SECRET".
The Disruption of Mental Processes: . . . . This can be aimed at specific areas. The most insidious capabilities built into the HAARP are it's ability to cause mood changes by transmitting in the 5-10 MHZ frequencies of our brain wave spectrum. The operators can make you docile - - or maniacal - - simply by changing the pulse frequency and amplitude of the transmission.
. . . . For example, if the controllers want to instigate riots in Los Angeles, New York City or Tacoma, they simply bounce their radio beam off the ionosphere, tune in the appropriate ELF and turn up the volume and reflect it to the area of choice.
. . . . Conversely to stop a riot or quell hostility in any location by putting them to sleep or having them become apathetic, they just change the ELF pulse frequency.
. . . . During the course of weather modification, the frequencies that are used can negatively affect the health of the people in the area being targeted. Usually there will be symptoms of allergies, colds, sinus or possible aches and pains, depending on the frequencies used and the amplitude of the transmission. These same frequencies that aggravate symptoms in people also affect animal migration because the earth's magnetic grid is disrupted.
. . . . A possible example could relate to the frequent beaching of whales, especially on the west coast where the number appears to be increasing. Any birds flying directly into the transmitted beams are instantly killed by the microwave radiations. These transmissions focus on the ionosphere and heat an area, causing it to rise, reportedly as much as 200 miles. the beam then reflects back to earth and disturbs major areas usually with destructive weather, rain, wind, tornadoes and other anomalies.
